One of my main goals as a clinician is to provide individualized care, seeing beyond the symptoms in order to invite the complexity of our individuality. I have a diverse and extensive range of training and experience. I am social justice oriented so my work includes advocacy to reduce stigma especially in underrepresented and marginalized communities. In addition, my approach is integrative which includes: • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Psychosis (CBTp) • Cognitive Processing Therapy • Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR)

Typically, you will have out of network coverage if you have a PPO insurance plan. I am currently contracted directly with Aetna insurance. Depending on your insurance, I can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement according to your eligibility. If you want to use your insurance to cover our work together, it is important to inquire with your plan about your out of network coverage. I do not accept medi-cal or medicare plans and have opted out of medicare. If you have medicare, you are welcome to pay for my services out of pocket, but you will not be able to seek reimbursement for services provided.
