What kind of therapy do you provide? One of my main goals as a clinician is to provide individualized care. I have a diverse and extensive range of training and experience. Do you take insurance?Typically, you will have out of network coverage if you have a PPO insurance plan. I am not currently contracted directly with any insurance panel. Depending on your insurance, I can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement according to your eligibility. If you want to use your insurance to cover our work together, it is important to inquire with your plan about your out of network coverage. I do not accept medi-cal or medicare plans and have opted out of medicare. If you have medicare, you are welcome to pay for my services out of pocket, but you will not be able to seek reimbursement for services provided.

Make an Appoinemnt
Prior to meeting in person, it can be very helpful to speak on the phone (approx. 15 minutes) to discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, address any questions you have, and mutually decide whether to proceed to schedule an in-person appointment.
The decision to begin therapy is a significant one. I am glad you are considering this valuable resource. I look forward to speaking with you.
